1. Service Description

WaterTracker is a hydration tracking app that helps you record your daily water intake, set hydration goals, and receive reminders. The App is provided by GentleFlow Tech.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WaterTracker only for its intended purpose — tracking personal hydration. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

3. Health Disclaimer

WaterTracker is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized hydration recommendations. We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

WaterTracker offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription.

Pro subscription costs $1.99/month with a 3-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in WaterTracker are owned by GentleFlow Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GentleFlow Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
